it's officially 7 minutes past my time to get offline and finish up a lesson plan. eek.
i need to start writing down funny things kids say to me during the day because by the end of it, i'm just too tired to remember. ok, so you can probably apply this to many jobs but because mine happens to be teaching, i will choose to talk about it like so. you just deal with so many things other than lessons and class decorations. you deal with people. everyday. your students. fellow teachers. YOURSELF and your own baggage that you've just got to check at the door because seriously, there's no room for that at work.
but at the end of the day, it's the students that bring me to life. they make me laugh and smile. they are so clueless to the world around them. and yet, i wonder how many people say that i'm clueless...
