another season...

i love this season. the Christmas season. 

i love the lights. 

i love the music. 

i love the thought of giving. 

i love the joy.

the snow. the fake snow. the dreaming of snow. the anticipation of snow!

the cold weather. 

my scarves and winter accessories.

and i especially like my advent calendar this year with fancy chocolate! thanks friend ;) a true test of my self control: will i break into the days early when i am having a chocolate emergency? i hope not! 

i love the tree lightings. all of them. local AND the rockefeller tree... obvi!

i love the city in this season.

i love the christmas trees.

i love my neighbors decorations!

i love the sparkle.

and i love the hope and love that Christmas is truly about. God coming to earth... for us.
