i've been with the boys for full 3 weeks now. weird. we're on the homestretch! they're growing!
today i noticed ryan is almost able to open a door by twisting the knob. sometimes i let him walk around before he goes to bed. he tries to get out. sorry buddy! i'm also convinced he has a large vocabulary and is kinda like stewie from family guy... he's just too lazy to use the words. that's my theory. amanda and i swore that we heard him say chicken in a soft cooing voice the other night. other words he's tried to sneak by me: i want this one. please. up. mommy. dada. gimme those trains. and various lyrics to hi 5 and gabba songs. though in reality, the sounds are like clouds. they're just blobs and you make them into whatever you want.
also, today he did the unthinkable. while in my arms he cried out and reached for uncle mike. DRATS! i can handle andrew's love obsession (he will tell you he loves or likes 3 people: mommy, trace and uncle mike). i can handle tj's love for mike's attention over mine. but baby?????!!!! come ON!
he's got his goofy little grin on!
andrew's facial expressions are the cutest! i love that i am getting used to them and can read the mood before the words or cries declare it! he's got more cool tricks, though his break dancing moves are still his personal faves. or should i say that one breakdance move... you know what i'm talking about, momma! and his use of the word please is just delightful to my ear!
Andrew & his classmates at small factory... today they read a story about worms & crafted with noodles!
"dean, don't you want to take a picture of my mustache now?! isn't it funny!?"
dear mom and dad, we know you want to come home asap. but enjoy your days there and cherish the little moments with girlie v. we love you so much! and as soon as you're home, it will be like you weren't even gone! love, team eyerman! :)
Ryan can definately talk, he just doesn't want anyone to know about his skills just yet! This post really made me smile becuase of all the love- the love the boys have for you and the love you have for these boys!
