celebrate good times, come on.

originally i changed my background to balloons cuz it was my bday month.
and 25 came and went without a cake or candles... however it did come with a very fancy dinner and a reminder that i am blessed in so many ways.

this month, the balloons are in honor of celebrating my soon-to-be- marriage! wahooo! wedding day is rapidly approaching. i can't wait to marry my best friend and start a new chapter! and if you know anything about us, you know we've both basically been waiting for this day for years. :)

but, things are beginning to get crazy. there are many details. most i don't care about. i won't lie. they don't matter. what matters to me is that at the end of the day 2 things have happened: 1)mike and i have gotten married. 2)we have enjoyed the company of our guests. that's all. but i really think TV has ruined a bit of the process. people get crazy ideas from it. and the focus is totally shifted. but that's ok. we're not letting that happen to us.

so i'm off now, to confirm appointments and alert people of schedules. oh, and make an ipod list or two. :)
